Here's a couple of shots I forgot about. Both are with a Fuji S5000 Digital SLR. First one is from March 8,2004. 2 second exposure at F3.2, ISO400. Second is with the 6" reflector from May 5, 2005. 1/4 second exposure at F2.8, ISO200.

The more and more I look at the pics I've got, the more good ones I find that I loaded and forgot about.






This one is the same night as the first, attached to the 6" reflector. I had to brighten it up with PSP to get all four moons visible.

On the first one, what were you using optically? It looks like maybe a 70mm+ lens on the camera, as I see a roof on the right hand side.

I wish I had a camera that could take other lenses, but it's not. The Fuji S5000 has a 10x optical / 3x digital zoom, which isn't alot, but it gets the job done. I might have had it zoomed all 10x optical, but I don't remember for sure. I love this camera. Out of all the equipment I use for astronomy, the camera was the most expensive. $400.00 on HSN.
