Here's a close-up of the moon from September of 2004. I never noticed until I rotated it, It looks like a silly face!

Kdog, what's that crater formation of?

As far-fetched sometimes and non-mainstream Hoagland is on certain subjects, I'm entertained on what he has to say on things.

Geez, Joe. You expect me to know that? I'm an idiot!! I'm lucky I know it's the Moon! Hey, I'm about as amateur as they come, so don't ask me those trick questions!! HAHA.

Seriousyly, though, I'll have to look at the rest of those pics from that night and figure out what craters they are.

AHA!! Using the Virtual Moon Atlas, which I just downloaded yesterday, I have figured out that the crater formation is of Pallas, Murchison, and the surrounding ridges.

If you download the atlas, and then zoom into the craters, they look more like a face than my picture does. Cool!!

Here's another pic from that night. You can see that craters upper left of the middle of the pic.

That virtual moon altas is quite a cool free piece of software.

I think that close up is a good one of the crater area.

You know, I think that subconciously, I magnetize to that spot, because it's in alot of my pioctures. Here's a couple more
