Join the Chicago Astronomer on Friday, the 8th of April for our 2nd Friday of the month Astronomical event at the 606 Trail. If skies permit, we will enjoy sharing beautiful open star clusters, a thin setting crescent Moon, Jupiter and the last of the late winter constellations as we welcome the early spring celestial wonders.
We will set-up telescopes, (weather permitting), at the Exelon Observatory at the Western end of the Trail at Ridgeway Ave by 6:30 pm and share the skies till 9:30 pm.

If the weather prevents outdoor observational astronomy, we will move the event to the Mozart Park Field house, (2036 N Avers Ave), where we will lecture and present on current astronomical events. Stay tuned to this page and the Chicago Astronomer social media feeds for updates....
