I don't know much about this, but on Thursday, November 8, Valparaiso University is hosting a special public lecture titled "Heroic Galileo" byChris Corbally, S.J., Vice Director, Vatican Observatory Research Group. Sounds like it could be interesting, and I hope I remember to go.

It's a very insightful story...and you get the true reason for the Inquisition...and not what we are all taught.
