It’s nearly time for my monthly New Moon spotting challenge. A few North Americans may sight the 1.5-day-old Moon on June 20. More should be able to see it on June 21. Mercury will serve as a guide.

Hillary caught the young crescent Moon., and sent me a pic. I'd forgotten about it until now. I'll have to find the picture and post it later.
