The Supermoon thread was very entertaining, but hard to read, being about ten times wider than my screen. (Firefox)

Anyway, the weird cloud formation brought to mind the old adage, "It's an ill wind that blows no good."

I took a movie of the moon rising over the Chief. You can see it here:

This was "digiscoped" with my C8 SCT on my EQ-5, (hand controlled)

I just looked at the photo of your "Family". Do you have better pictures of the stand that your SkyWatcher Heritage 130 is standing on?

I want to build something similar for my Bushnell Ares 5 (aka Skywatcher Heritage 130).
