Thanks all. The article went beyond my wildest imagination! I fully expected this to be a tiny blurb hidden in the middle or back of the paper. I never expected front page exposure or such a lengthy and well-written article. I also didn't realize it was going to be based entirely on my interview with the reporter. I didn't know if my interview was just going to be a small part of the larger article. Then I picked up the paper from Jewel-Osco yesterday morning, and to my surprise, there I was big as life on the front page! I'm in sales for my day job. Objections are flags people throw up as hurdles to be overcome, as in, "I'm not buying what you're selling because of XYZ." So the thing that occurred to me after reading the article was that you answered all the major "objections" before anyone could even bring them up (in the comments online, for example). You talked about security, and better lighting, and saving money, and more - all like pre-emptive strikes against the usual objections. It was pitch-perfect. We need more articles like that!
