A quick Lunar X session

I had intended to do some daylight imaging of the Jupiter and Lunar conjunction this early evening with the C11, but things got away from me and by the time I set-up, dusk had fallen and I lost the opportunity...but gained an X.
Sky conditions were not optimal this evening, with high thin clouds , a bit breezy and the humidity high. I had to use a hair dryer at first to de-fog my Corrector Plate. Popping on the Extended Dew Shield, things were kept clear for the next hour.
I went for a straight through camera set-up with no diagonal and a 25mm 1.25mm eyepiece, connected directly to the Crayford-like focuser...
I initially did some Jupiter imaging, but they were all soft and mushy, not worthy of postings. Slewing to the Moon next, I was enjoying sharp lunar angles and just examining the surface at leisure...
But, as I slewed slowly along the terminator, I was surprised to find the elusive "Lunar X" prominently displayed for my viewing pleasure...
With only a four hour window of lunar sunrise to catch this, I was fortunate to have set up when I did...
This was a nice treat for this brief session and capture...
