After many months of general uncomfortable sky gazing with the Z10 I finally got around to making an observing chair. Or should I say asking my neighbor with the in-house saw mill to do it for me. I'll bring to the next get together after my trip.
Have read several experienced astronomers saying that a good chair is the cheapest way to improve observing. No matter how still we try stand, we still move. A good chair anchors the body just like the mount and tripod do for the scope!
One reason I like setting my scope low. Plus I am lazy.
