Last night we decided to take the scope out and view the sun then get ready for a night of viewing. We had the scope lined up and Cj (now 3) decided to grab a bucket and put it at the ep and climbed up there t look at the sun. It was so cute. She was so happy and proud of herself that later that night while we had the scope out along with the camera we took her out there to view with us.
The night started out with some decent skies but soon became soupy and wasnt worth sitting out there. We coudnt find anything in the haze. But with a Star Party for the Girl Scouts this Thurs night and The Easter Seals Foundation next Tue we had to make sure we had all the equipment working right.
Now if Mother Nature works with us we should have two good paties coming up.
