[Chicago Astronomer - Astro Joe]

This is quite an interesting sight...to catch three moons of Jupiter transiting across Jupiter.

Taken with the great eye of Hubble, it still shows that the telescope is of great value, regardless of it's breakdowns. Incredible that NASA wanted to let it burn up in re-entry!

That is an incredible photo.

Maybe like in Star Trek: the Motion Picture, the Hubble will leave orbit and then return in a few hundred years to destroy us.

V'ger just wanted to touch the Creator.

Two Trek Movies have a similiar theme...The motion picture with the Voyager spacecraft returning home, and the whale one where an alien craft comes back to Earth to communicate with the whales.
