so far since ive moved to beijing its been relatively the same sky as it was for me back in chicago and san francisco.

but i havent found anyone to shares my joy of this loving pastime.

beijing is polluted and mas much to go in the way of reducing light however its better in the winter time as tonight was a very good, clear night but just its too late and im fighting a cold so i couldnt stay out too long

beijing is home to some very old astronomical stuff.

here we just opened a brand new planetarium. i havent been to it yet because ive been teaching too much. but i will soon
