We encourage you to bring a scope, or observe through one at the Hinsdale Public Library. We are trying to fill the south hill with telescopes - the more the better!

Outdoor lights on the grounds will be turned off!

I must make an appearance at your parties in Hinsdale soon. But first, I need to replace my suspension parts for a safer ride out there.

Hi Debra,

It is good to see that you are posting here. I am not on the site often enough.

For anyone interested, I highly recommend coming out to the Hinsdale Public Library for the Observing sessions. Debra always does a great job with all aspects of the event. I always have a good time.

Yikes...Is that snow I see that the scopes are set up in?

I always say..."Winter Astronomy is the folly of the young." I remember staying out in bitter temps catching winter targets and get this...Comet Kohutek in the '70's. Never did see the damned comet, but it was fun trying.

I will certainly make it out to a Hinsdale event soon, and Debra's description of "Fill the Hill" sounds fun. Load up that hill I say!
