Here is the two Star Parties that I know of comng up.

14 May 05 at Triton.

28 May 05 Schaumberg.

21 May 05 Bartlett High School. ( will give more details on this as I know it.) Still in the planning stages. Im woring hard to finish the details.

The Triton events falls on a busy day, (art reception and Surf tune night). But let's see how things play out.

I was only about 20 minutes away, but it was unforunate that you had to leave so soon. Next time you are Chicago, I'll meet up with you and Bill.

Hi Joe! Clear skies are near, well at least according to the Dark Sky Clock for the Little Red School house. I'm not sure if people know that there is a CAS viewing at the Little Red School House this weekend May 21 9:30PM. I'm hoping to go, are you interested?

It's a distinct possibility, but I'm on deadlines and I don't yet. We shall see. Did you find out exactly where they set up?

And also...did you get that monster scope yet?

Hi Joe, looks like the skies are clouding up and the Clear Sky Clock ( cleardarksky.com/c/WllwSprngsILkey.html?1 ) doesn't look good. If things don't dramatically change, I may just drop by with some binocs as it is probably not worth dragging out the "Monster" scope. And yes the 15" obsession came in. You won't believe what you can see with an instrument of this size!!
