Newly Defined Astronomical Term

As a service to the membership of this forum, I have submitted to the Ministry of Newly Defined Astronomical Terminology, the incredibly rare and never seen Lunar and Solar Eclipse, first Identified by Chicago Astronomer Forum Member - Brian the NatureDevil.

It shall be registered on a folded loose leaf sheet of graph paper, and placed vertically between Nortons Star Atlas and a well read MAD magazine.

Although my friend will quickly succumb to the affects of the thin atmosphere...

I disagree...if one looks closely at the alien landscape, beyond the influence of the Brian creature, one notices standing liquid or heavy liquid...like something that drips onto the bottom of refrigerators. One can assume for arguments sake it's water or sports drink. There are also steaming jets of vapor shooting into the atmosphere, good for space facials. There are also clouds in the atmosphere, which states a somewhat dense air blanket. What it rains down...I dunno.

Which leads me to conclude, that although perhaps the environment is a bit steamy and sticky, one can walk around wrinkle free and enjoy the sights. Craters with lizard like creatures are a different story.

Wo, thanks Joe for supporting me. I'm going to Jade Dragon Tatoo right now to get a picture of Copernicus and Galileo put on each of my shoulders.

Like I said about Mars, "all of those invisible people going to the beach with all the water we can't detect."

It was a joke, but it had an underlying meaning to it. There is a lot more stuff there we haven't found yet, I am sure of it.

And as for Phobos and Deimos...I got yer number.....

Now, this area is a bit touchy, and I'm hesitant to state any views, but there is evidence of past life on Mars. I shall create a board on " exo-biology" or somethinglike that, and we can discuss the findings.

Yea....many will say Joe has lost it, cancell their memberships and kick my telescope, but it is there.

Out of the 200 + people who have either registered, or subscribe to the newsletter...only one has requested to be removed. He didn't appreciate the news about the forum being ranked high on Google.

No, but we did Callisto. UFO's in My Bathtub is an interesting peice....very loud.....it will hopefully be on the record when we get to editing it later this year. I have 3 new songs I am working on, another one with a space refference....

I'm into Surf bands. I follow a couple: "The Cocktail Preachers" and The "Reluctant Aquanauts". One band in particular , Destination: Earth, plays hard surf with a space edge to their tunes. They wear alien masks and use cuts from movies in their performances. Quite a kick.

I'll get to see you play one evening, Matteson is a bit out of my way this time.

I always wanted to play guitar, (used to play the piano), but I don't get it. Much like Star Trek story lines.
