Since it's been cloudy as of late, I've started a new project (or as my wife would say "yet another new project"). 
I'm building a cross reference library of observing lists and catalogs. It's going to take some time but I'll plug away at it a little here and there. It includes buttons to get DSS (Digitized Sky Survey) images and to access SIMBAD. You can see the current status here:

- What other lists to include (Messier, Caldwell and Herschel II are in process right now)
- What features or filters I should consider including
- How I can improve the user interface
