When I first started this forum, all I intended was for outlet for local amateur astronomers to share an observation or two, and announce upcoming astronomical events.
But, as it evolved and grew, it became evident that it was more than I had planned. Discussions about black holes, pulsars, supernovae and other astrophysical phenomenon were posted for comment by our ever growing and intelligent Chicago Astronomers.
I am pleased to provide a proper setting for this area of interest and discussion.
