The Waxing Moon and the Contrail

Spotting a lower altitude jet coming from the west...it was developing a nice contrail behind it...
The jet arched directly overhead and looked like it was going to conjunct with the waxing Moon in the east....
....and it almost made contact...
Look to the skies....
