I wish. We were there Sat and Sunday and were rained/clouded out both nights. Park rangers were going to lead astronomy sessions at 10:30 both nights after a Lakota star knowledge lecture that never happened. They need the rain as bad as anybody, so hard to whine too much (but I still did).

My trusty travel scope got no use there...

Okay, was just wondering why you were posting about the upcoming star party. Thought maybe you were heading up there. Wish I could go to something like that. I am seriously Jonesin' for some really dark skies!
