Nothing to brag about but I thought I would give it a try. I used a celestron cpc edge hd with a solar filter. here is the link. Any help would be appreciated.

I dig it.

I play these kinda space-drone tunes during Chicago Astronomer Star Parties - unsettling Patrick.

Usually, white light filters give a cooler bluish tint and I like the film filters that provide a more natural orange hue like yours.

Please do tell us more on your set up and technique.

my set up is celestron 9.25 cpc edge hd with a thousand oaks of axis solar filter. I mounted my nikon d5000 with a t-ring adaptor. I used the live view screen and just pushed record.
