Clyde Tombaugh, discover of Pluto, was on the popular "I've got a secret" game show of the late 1950's...

Brought to you by "Winston Cigarettes"....he get presented with carton of smokes at the end.

Hope he didn't light them next to telescopes....!

The panel are no brain trust and I think Clyde did not fully get to play the game, but cool we get to see and hear him.

How cool is that?!? The only interviews I've seen of Tombaugh were late in his life, at least 90 years old. He was still sharp in his later years, but it's cool to see him closer the his glory days. Nice find indeed!

I just finished Neil Armstrong's biography and his parents were on that show the day after he was named an astronaut. The internet is a pretty amazing thing!
