Now, this is a handy web based astronomical tool.

Often, we are asked by the general public - how many times is the object observed....magnified. I make quick rough estimates, (dividing the eyepiece mm into the focal length mm). And I get a ball park figure.

This neat site has over 375 telescopes and many different types of eyepieces to calculate the power being pushed.

I have been meaning to print out a card with my eyepieces/power...and now - it has become easier.
