On a lark. I took a trip up to the usual spot on Monday the 14th June. About the only thing worth targeting was Jupiter. I always meet good people when I set up. and this day was no exception.
Jim and Gloria stopped by the scope, and we had a good discussion about astronomy, careers and education. I hope they become a regular.
I also met Marlon and his sisters Perla and Neri. Marlon works at the Planetarium and has stopped by before to view and chat. This time around his sisters also participated in viewing Jupiter.
I met other people as well, but neglected to snap a pic. Next time for sure! It also seems that my front drivers side corner managed to sneak in the pics this time.
