The 28th of September was the full Harvest Moon, and I set up by the lakefront to observe the moonrise. I was joined by Steve and Nancy (starrysungazer) on a brisk and windy evening.
A pleasent surprize was a visit by Debbie and her Husband Joe, long time Chicago Astronomer Newsletter subscibers. We had a pleasent chat while sneaking peeks thru the scope when ever the clouds would part.
