Word has it that William Shatner is currently in talks with Paramount to appear in "Enterprise" sometime soon. Details are unknown, but it would be a great story line to develope, much like they are doing with the ancestor of Dr. Soong.

What do you great minds think they may use him for?

hehehe.....there are so many ideas flying around right now with what to do with him it is impossible to keep up with all of it.

One thing to point out....ALL of the new writers on Enterprise are huge fans of the original series, and are making an effort to include much of the original series in this as they can.

This includes a return on the Orion slave girls showing up, along with an Orion male, played by WWE wrestler the Big Show.

Apparently, they have a 2, maybe 3 episode long arc already planned out for Kirk, if he comes back. It is all about the money right now.

By the way, Shatner won his first ever Emmy award last week for his work on Boston Legal. Just thought I'd mention it.

I think they should use all the characters before they become "unavailable" for camera work. It was great when they used them in the TNG and others, especially when they morphed DS9 characters into TOS. That was a good one.

From what I have read, Braga must leave the show as writer/producer. He's been dragging the show down for years. I am glad to hear that there is new blood and new ideas,

Continue the long living and the prospering.

It was cool to see James Doohan as Scotty on TNG, especially now since he has been taking a beating from cancer, Parkinson's, and Alzheimer's.

Yeah, the whole writing crew is composed of all new writers this season, and Berman and Braga have stepped down from their original roles and now just kind of look on down and offeradvice or opinions.

I wanna see the new Orion slave girl. Only a few weeks away....

Shatner officially stated THIS week that he will have a definite answer about going on Enterprise for an episode or two NEXT week.

Something to look forward too.

I would like to see Shatner in his usual role as Capt. Kirk in some sort of time jump. Perhaps as he vanished when the Nexis knicked him on the ship, sent him spiraling into different dimensions, one being thrown back to Archer's timeline.

I have not seen the three Spiner episodes in anticipation of your tape, Brian.
