NIAGfest, the 1st big star party in the Chicago area to start the year, sadly no longer will be happening.
Fortunately, there is the newcomer: May Starfest.
The folks at Chicago Astronomical Society are set to host the star party at Vana's Farm in Kankakee, IL.
The dates are: Friday May 19th to Sunday May 21st.
An hour drive away to see the Milky Way.
