Beginning to research what telescope we want, and am interested in Sky Watcher 8 Inch Dobsonian Telescope style. Anyone have one for sale or know/recommend best place to purchase?

A 8" Dob is a good scope.

Plenty of light gathering ability and it will certainly bring in the deep fizzies. Dobs are robust and take a beating.

While we don't endorse any particular brand of scope, the dobs from the major distributors are pretty much similar with minor differences. I like the ones with the "Push-to" capabilities which direct you to your target via arrows on the handpad.

We use several Skywatcher Dobs at the Adler Planetarium with good performance during our public viewings.
