Explorers find UFO fragments in Tunguska meteorite area
This from Pravda, the Government run nationalist Russian newspaper...
A very powerful blast took place 94 years ago 70 kilometers far from the settlement of Vanavara in Russia-s Siberian republic of Evenkiya. The power of the explosion was equal to two thousand explosions of Hiroshima A-bomb.
A huge meteorite flew over the vast territory of West Siberia on June 30, 1908 at 7:15 a.m. The people, who could see the meteorite in cloudless sky, were horrified with its bright light and rattling sounds. People said that they could see a big ball of fire flying eastwards and falling in the woods. When scientists evinced their interest in the meteorite, they calculated the damage of the Earth v 2000 square kilometers. The blast of the year 1908 changed the magnetic field of the Earth: the magnetic storm, which was registered on the outskirts of the Russian city of Irkutsk, lasted for 3.5 hours.
Strange consequences of the collision continued 15-20 hours after the catastrophe: unusual luminescence of the atmosphere and noctilucent clouds were registered on the territory, which totaled 12 million square kilometers. The radiance of the sky was so bright, that people could not fall asleep v the light was so bright that you could easily read a newspaper at night.
Members of the scientific expedition of the Siberian state foundation Tunguska Space Phenomenon say they have managed to uncover blocks of an extraterrestrial technical device. The space body, which was later called the Tunguska meteorite, fell down on Earth on June 30th 1908, 65 kilometers off the Vanavara settlement, the Evenkiya republic.
The first expedition to study the Tunguska meteorite was organized in 1927. Professor Leonid Kulik headed the mission. However, explorers have never managed to discover any fragments of the celestial body.
The press service of the Evenkiya republic administration reported the expedition worked in the western part of the region in the summer of the current year. The mission's itinerary was based on the results of the space footage analysis. Explorers believe they have discovered blocks of an extraterrestrial technical device, which crashed down on Earth on June 30th, 1908. In addition, expedition members found the so-called "deer" - the stone, which Tunguska eyewitnesses repeatedly mentioned in their stories. Explorers delivered a 50-kilogram piece of the stone to the city of Krasnoyarsk to be studied and analyzed.

It is still quite a mystery on the Tunguska blast. It was seen for miles around and registered on richters machines all around. Theories propose that it was a comet fragment, meteorite, ufo or a misdirected Tesla experiment. Which ever is the cause, it could have been a devastating event if it hit in a populated area.
