If you haven't yet picked up Venus, use the crescent Moon during early twilight to find the way, as shown above. If you live at the latitudes of the southern U.S., Venus will appear more directly below the Moon than shown (since these scenes are always drawn for 40° north latitude). At the high latitudes of northern Europe, Venus will appear more to the right than shown.

Tomorrow, Tuesday the 10th of May will be a great evening to catch the cresent moon, Venus, Jupiter and Saturn.
I will certainly be at the Lakefront with scope and share the views with all... ;D
