The Chicago Astronomer will welcome visitors to Hamilton Park - (513 W. 72nd St.) to gaze safety at our closest star and study the face of the Sun.
Telescopes will be set-up, fitted with solar filters, as we share views and discuss the mechanics of solar activity...and the upcoming Total Solar Eclipse on the 21st of August 2017.
Stop by say hi, stare the Sun right in the face and join us on on a summer Friday afternoon.
