Welcome, reinhheart, to this excellent message board for those who wish to discuss the science of astronomy. There is much that we can learn from each other.

The lack of understanding by so many Americans of science or the scientific method is disheartening. When a new phenomenon is discovered, far too many people immediately jump upon extraterrestrial visitations or supernatural beings as default explanations. Natural explanations and the scientific process of discovering them can be so much more enlightening, interesting and reassuringly demonstrative of the unique ability of humans to decipher nature’s secrets.

We went through this a few years ago when a “mystery island” in the South Pacific turned out to be floating pumice (rocks with gas pockets) released by an undersea volcano. Rest assured that a natural explanation will be found for the one near the Parana River. There should be no need to invoke imagined extraterrestrial visitors or supernatural entities.

Just be patient and wait for scientists to complete an investigation. Please appreciate that this website is for people interested in the science of astronomy, not one for woo woos. If this is an attempt to raise money from credulous persons, you would be better advised to look elsewhere.
