Okay, the last week of the month I am on vacation, and the waning Moon will be good for deep sky observing. Thursday the 28 to Sunday afternoon the 31st I'll be down at the Indiana Family Star Party (information can be found on this thread

Bill and Patrick have showed an interest in observing at either Indiana Dunes State Park or Conway Observatory. I'm cool with either site, but partial to Conway. For the Dunes, we need to get permission in advance, but can stay out all night. Joe and I have the contact. For Conway, I have the key to the observatory, and have permission to be there at all hours of the day or night. All Chicago Astronomers are welcome to join me at Conway, but contact me first. Let's use this thread to plan dark sky observing for the last week of July.
