Larry King is an embarrassment to my former profession of TV journalism. He panders to credulous woos who are anxious to hear silly discussions of nonsense like psychics, flying saucers, etc. But he's laughing all the way to the bank.

What a ridiculously cynical thing to say -thousands of highly credible ,high ranking military officials,government academics/scientists etc.. have given sworn testimony about the reality of UFO/OVNI subject.
There also exists around 250,000 authenticated government documents about this 'non subject'.

To just obstinately write the subject off without attempting to form a balanced,informed opinion seems the height of wilfull ignorance.

I believe that the UFO field is open...inconclusive.

The British Government has openly acknowledged it, the Vatican has stated that if we meet extra-terrestials...that it's ok and although the hoaxes taint actual sighting of unknown origin.....I keep an open mind.

Welcome to the discussion group, Jabberwocky, but don’t call me ignorant. You don’t know me. I’m 63-years-old. In my youth I was one of the most forceful advocates of the reality of extraterrestrial visitations. I read all the related books. My family and friends thought I had really gone off the deep end in my beliefs, but I maintained them until I was nearly thirty.

I’ve held secret clearances as a US Army liaison to the Air Force and as an employee of the Federal Aviation Administration. As I matured after more careful study of the matters of UFOs, human psychology, astronomy and biology, my conclusions substantially changed. In the past I’ve provided detailed analysis on this forum and others. I’m not going to rehash that here. Enjoy your current beliefs; I’m not going to try to dissuade you. As is the case with religion, it’s useless to try to quickly change peoples’ beliefs in the matter. Over time, some do change while others don’t. Have a Happy New Year!
